  I do not recommend this "insurance". I called and they promised me to give me an insurance card within 24 hours of enrolling. They LIED also i asked what was the name of the insurance and they stated it was with "cigma" LIES it was with "nationwide". I CALLED AND REQUESTED MY REFUND WITH KENNY AND HE HAD NOT INPUT A REQUEST WITH THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT. SO GOOD THING I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY WERE ABLE TO PROCESS MY REFUND. NOT JUST THAT BUT THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME PARTIAL OF MY $81.00 I HAD PAYED SO I HAD TO ARGUE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MY FULL $81.00 INSTEAD OF $40.00. DO NOT ENROLL WITH THIS DENTAL INSURANCE. ITS LIES. I don't understand how they have 4.6 starts this company is a s SCAM!!

  Very simple process and catered to our needs. We had another carrier but it limited us to 3 doctor visits per year and that was not enough. Very happy I saw the ad on Facebook, although the $9.00 "lost leader" tag was not for health insurance but only prescription coverage, I am glad I decided to call. I am one who does not like to be called...I want to know who I am calling. Thank you.

  My experience was AWESOME! It started with Kira, I informed her what I was looking for and she found coverage then transferred me to a licensed agent. Once Lamar, Licensed Agent, took the call, he found me an excellent plan with coverage I needed. Lamar thoroughly explained the policy to me and then transferred me to Tiffany whom took my payment and made sure I signed the policy. Midnight today, I was insured. I could not speak with a better TEAM! Thanks for the EXCELLENT customer service and knowledge y'all provided! Go Kira, Lamar, and Tiffany...Keep doing a GREAT JOB!
